Church of St. Francis Xavier (Melaka)
Description
Built in 1856 by French priest Fr. Peter Farve, this twin-spired neo-Gothic church was modeled after the Cathedral of St. Peter in Montpellier, France. It honors the Great Apostle of the Indies who preached extensively in historic Melaka.
